Sustainability documents

Since 2020, Andfjord Salmon has prepared sustainability statements on an annual basis, where the purpose is to inform our stakeholders about our sustainability efforts and offer a clear and transparent picture of our activities.

In July 2022, The Norwegian Transparency Act entered into force. Its purpose is to promote enterprises’ respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions. Although not subject to the Act, Andfjord Salmon has a clear policy to respect human rights and decent working conditions and has published Transparency Act statements since 2023. 

To mitigate or minimise adverse impacts we have established clear guidelines that everyone working in or on behalf of Andfjord Salmon shall adhere to, including a Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct and a Human Rights Policy.
