Mr Roger Brynjulf Mosand was elected chairman of Andfjord Salmon in March 2021. Mosand (1953) is a highly experienced CEO from the Norwegian aquaculture industry. He has been the CEO of Nordlaks Produkter AS since 2001 and has multiplied the company's revenues 15 fold during this period. He is a Norwegian citizen. As of 31 December 2022, Mosand holds 30,000 shares and no share options in Andfjord Salmon.

Roy Bernt Pettersen

Roy Bernt Pettersen (1954) founded Andfjord Salmon in 2014 and has been on the board of directors since, first as chairman and then as director since 2021. He has experience from several companies as chairman and board member, and organizational experience from collaborations and partnerships between seafood companies in Vesterålen, Norway. He has an extensive network in the seafood sector in northern Norway. His educational background is from University of Tromsø where he graduated as a Fisheries candidate. He has worked as a CEO in the fish farming industry, building up smolt production and land based fish farming production. As of 31 December 2022, Pettersen and his associated companies own 6,614,525 shares and zero share options in the company.

Antonio Serrano

Mr António Serrano has been CEO of Jerónimo Martins Agro Alimentar since January 2015 and is a Professor at Évora University. He has also previously served as Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries in the 18th Constitutional Government of Portugal. Serrano joined Andfjord Salmon’s board of directors in 2022. As of 31 December 2022, Serrano and associated companies hold 4,322,493 shares and no share options in Andfjord Salmon.

Tore Traaseth

Mr. Traaseth (1960) joined the Andfjord Salmon board of directors in 2017. He is an independent consultant and investor focusing on both listed and unlisted securities. Traaseth has extensive experience from equity sales and the capital markets from companies such as Sundal & Collier AS (now ABG Sundal Collier ASA), Fondspartner AS, Globus Asset Management AS and Handelsbanken Markets. He has extensive board experience form serving on the board of directors in companies within both construction, telecom and real estate. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor in Finance from Daniels College of Business in Denver. As of 31 December 2022, Traaseth and associated companies hold 2,309,999 shares in Andfjord Salmon.

Knut Roald Holmøy

Mr Holmøy (1972) is the CEO of Holmøy Maritime, owner of Eidsfjord Sjøfarm (a vertically integrated salmon farmer producing 15 – 20k tonnes HOG annually) and serves on the board of directors in a number of fishing and fish farming related businesses in Northern Norway. He joined the Andfjord Salmon board of directors in 2019. As of 31 December 2022, Holmøy and associated companies own 512,322 shares and no share options in Andfjord Salmon.

Bettina Flatland

Ms Flatland (1986) joined Andfjord Salmon’s board of directors in 2019. She is communications director at Nordic Choice Hotels and has previously been a communication advisor at the Norwegian Conservative Party and an intern in Geelmuyden Kiese. Flatland holds a MSC in International Business and Strategy from Copenhagen Business School, which also included exchange studies at Fundação Getulio Vargas, City University of Hong Kong, and the University of San Diego. As of 31 December 2022, Flatland owns 56,700 shares in Andfjord Salmon.

Kim Strandenæs

Mr Strandenæs (1986) is CEO of UFO Holding AS (Union Family Office), UFI AS, and UFI Capital AS, which focus on listed companies, private equity, and venture capital. He joined Andfjord Salmon’s board of directors in 2019. Strandenæs has extensive experience from equity sales, derivatives sales and asset management from his former positions in Carnegie AS and Danske Bank. His educational background is from BI Norwegian Business School where he specialised in Business Finance. As of 3 January 2023, Strandenæs and associated companies hold 1,810,548 shares and zero share options in Andfjord Salmon.

Gro Skaar Knutsen

Ms Gro Skaar Knutsen (1969) is the CEO of PEAB Bjørn Bygg, one of the largest construction companies in Northern Norway. Prior to PEAB, she held a position at Sweco as project consultant and engineer for seven years. Knutsen is a construction and building technology engineer with a degree from UiT Narvik, and has also studied project management at UiT and ultra-low-energy building technology at NTNU. She has worked in consulting for 10 years and has experience as a project manager for both owners and developers at PEAB Bjørn Bygg. Skaar Knutsen joined Andfjord Salmon’s board of directors in 2021. She holds no shares or share options in Andfjord Salmon.
