Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Andfjord Salmon AS ("Andfjord Salmon" or the "Company") on 27 June 2023 regarding the successful private placement of 15,974,026 new shares (the "Private Placement") and a potential subsequent offering of up to 2,077,923 new shares (the "Subsequent Offering").

The board of directors hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting of the Company with proposed resolutions to (i) issue the 10,051,948 shares in tranche 2 of the Private Placement, and (ii) authorise the board of directors to issue shares in the potential Subsequent Offering. The extraordinary general meeting will be held on 6 July 2023 at 12:00 CEST at the Company's offices at Kvalnes, Andøya.
