Signed contract for biomass recycling

The technology that Fjell will deliver is an important part of the process in which Andfjord Salmon will become one of the most environmentally friendly facilities in the world. The technology will handle the biomass that the multi cleaning systems collect from the pools. All residues will be collected, dried and re-used in growth products.

The construction of Andfjord Salmon's facility at Kvalnes in Andøya is going fast forward. The smolt will be deployed in the pools during the summer. Recycling of all biomass is an important part of Andfjord's vision of being a sustainable facility with as little carbon footprint as possible.
