Status: The Andfjord Salmon fry is now 40-50 grams

Construction of Andfjord Salmon's first pool is going according to plan. We have been inspecting the fry, that will be released in the pool next summer.

- We recently inspected the Andfjord Salmon fry, together with our new Director of Fish Health, Christine Thomassen. The fry is now 40-50 grams, and when released into the pool next summer, it will have grown to the double it´s size, says Roy Bernt Pettersen, executive chairman of Andfjord Salmon AS.

The first machines were in place on June 20th, 2019. After six months of development, Andfjord Salmon can announce that everything goes according to plans and budgets. The first pool is now 12 meters deep, which is about half the way down. The work on the pipe channels, from the facility out to Andfjorden is started and will be ready by January.

The vast majority of contracts are signed and ABB is going forward with the planning of electrical installations.

Recruitments
- We are very pleased with the key staff recruitments, we have done during the last couple of months. In close collaboration with Personalhuset, we have succeeded in recruiting fantastic expertise, says Pettersen.

Martin Rasmussen is, as we all know, employed as CEO and last the position of director of fish health has been assigned. Christine Thomassen will start on January 1st, which was announced earlier this week. Furthermore, Andfjord Salmon is in full process of hiring a technical manager and operations manager.
