Andfjord Salmon: One of the world's best ingredients
Here, Rognan makes a creamy salmon dish with delicious pieces of Andfjord Salmon, which he refers to as one of the world's best ingredients. Small cubes of salmon and rough amounts of sriracha sauce and sweet chili sauce, as well as some roe, sesame oil and salt, are added to a bowl make a cold topping for the crispy chips.
