American chef Angela Taliaferro is fond of the Norwegian way of smoking salmon. Here is a quick salmon recipe where she combines a creamy dip with Andfjord Salmon.Â
"Mix together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice and horseradish in a mixer. Then stir in dill, hot smoked salmon, salt and pepper. To make the flavour a little more grown-up, you can add capers and red onions or shallots," says Angela. Â
Refrigerate until you're ready to serve it.Â
