Creamy dip with smoked salmon from Andfjord Salmon

American chef Angela Taliaferro is fond of the Norwegian way of smoking salmon. Here is a quick salmon recipe where she combines a creamy dip with Andfjord Salmon. 

"Mix together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice and horseradish in a mixer. Then stir in dill, hot smoked salmon, salt and pepper. To make the flavour a little more grown-up, you can add capers and red onions or shallots," says Angela.  

Refrigerate until you're ready to serve it.

  • Hot smoked Salmon 225 g
  • Cream cheese 200 g
  • Greek yogurt 125 g
  • Grated lemon zest 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Horseradish 1 tbsp
  • Fresh dill, finely chopped 3 tbsp
  • Optional: capers, red onion/shallots 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp
